Texas Humane Heroes WordPress Website

Texas Humane Heroes is a non-profit organization with locations in Austin and Killeen. Their mission is to provide programs to eliminate pet homelessness and to provide a no-kill shelter for the Williamson County area in Central Texas.

I created their WordPress website by developing a customized framework that includes specialized templates for:

• Pet finding (link to 3rd party database to display available pets)
• Donations (link to 3rd party donation software)
• Multiple blog layouts (Heroes, news, events)

The theme also includes responsive layout, custom widgets, custom sidebars and SSL implementation.
